The other night we decided to order pizza as no one was in the mood to cook dinner. After much deliberation, the family decided on Pizza Hut to satisfy our hunger. That same day I had received a flyer from Pizza Hut in the mail advertising their newest specials.
We decided to order their Big Game Bundle (2 panormous pizzas, 20 chicken wings and a 2L of Pepsi). I called their number to place an order for delivery, when I explained what I wanted, the staff member on the other end was unfamiliar with their advertised specials. After explaining the deal to the person (about 3 times), they were finally able to complete my order and informed me that it would be about 40 minutes.
Now, I don't know about you, but I would think that the promotions/management staff should be explaining the companies specials to their staff prior to mailing them out to customers.....
The pizza did arrive in a timely fashion; however they forgot to send us our Pepsi. This poor delivery guy had to go all the way back to their store to pick up a pop and return it for me. It seems that the person whom I explained my order to about 3 times still couldn't get it right.
As for the meal, I would say that Pizza Hut's crusts aren't for everyone, they tend to be on the heavy and oily side; however, I kind of like them every once in a while. For the chicken wings, this was my first time ordering them and I can say, with absolute certainty, it will be my last! The wings were horrible. I couldn't taste any flavor in either the hot wings or the BBQ wings. You know it is bad when you have to bring out your own sauces just to make them edible.
In summary, I am not sure if I am going to write off Pizza Hut entirely, but I am certain that I will stick to the basics next time and just order a pizza.

had their pizza once.. 4 years ago, and will never ever eat there again! Extremely Poor customer service for mediocre pizza..
I too have called and tried to order a promotional offer from this location only to have the staff scoff, and act bewildered. The deal in question was a Facebook promotion that was clearly stated and featured on their website... Will not be going back ever again, especially after my last order which left my family exploding from both ends for 24 straight hours resulting in sever dehydration.
